I talk a little bit about my personal experience with starting the keto diet to try and loose 45 lbs by January 2020. Here, I will show some of the foods that I typically eat in a day to get the results that I am looking for.
    This diet is very popular and there seems to be a “craze” and “rave” about the weight loss results. Follow me along my journey so that we can see if we will get the same results.
